To lead the growth of our social casino platform we are looking for a "Head of Product" who will create and manage amazing products.

Your responsibilities:

• Developing new social casino games / online gambling games
• Define visual and art standards, ensure all creative material is consistent
• Establish a collaborative art culture that engages creative talent and maximizes team potential
• Optimize our creative process
• Lead inter-department communications as they relate to art
• Take an active role in developing, maintaining, and refining a vision for art direction
• Guide and mentor team: hire, induct and manage team members as needed
• Lead formal and informal critique, and provide effective feedback
• Create art assets for our games

Required Skills:

• Solid experience in the entertainment, casino and/or game markets
• Bachelor?s degree in Arts, Graphic Arts, or related field is required
• 4+ years of professional experience and advanced leadership including communication and project management skills is required
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. (Speaking german is a huge plus)
• Ability to provide cohesive feedback to a vast range of specialities (from concept art, UI to animation)
• Excellent aptitudes and training in graphic design
• Great illustration skills (storyboard, concept, finished product)
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Flash, After Effects and Illustrator
• Expertise in arts/design, and a demonstrated ability to direct, mentor and enhance the efforts of a creative team
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with a strong attention to detail
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to direct and multi-task effectively under pressure, while balancing speed and quality of the work
• Applied conceptual strategy, brainstorm facilitation, day-to-day shepherding of a project to completion and team collaboration with product managers and leads is required
